Architectural Review Information

Part of the association is the Architectural Review Committee which is the starting point if you intend on making any upgrades to your property.  This committee has established guidelines for the association that will preserve the look and feel of Ashley Creek.  It is each homeowner’s responsibility to contact the Architectural Review Committee before you start planning for any exterior improvements.  Violet Township will not issue a building permit without the homeowner first obtaining a permit from the Architectural Review Committee.  If you have any questions about what is allowed in Ashley Creek, please consult the enclosed information packet or contact one of our committee members.
